Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Facilitator for North Carolina Working Smart Soft Skills Training and Employment Readiness. As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful training programs aimed at enhancing soft skills and employment readiness for job seekers in the community.


  • Conducting soft skills training sessions for job seekers.
  • Facilitating workshops on employment readiness topics.
  • Collaborating with program coordinators to develop and update training materials.
  • Providing individualized support and guidance to participants.
  • Utilizing technology and computer skills to enhance training delivery.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions or workshops.
  • Familiarity with working with job seekers and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to adapt training content to meet the diverse needs of participants.
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations within the Charlotte community.
  • Must be a certified NC Working Smart Facilitator.


  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Passion for helping individuals succeed in their job search.
